I'm looking for information about the creatures of this land. Especially small blue round ones.

Have you read through the materials in your bag? What about your... Pokémon? The creature that was in the red and white ball? Succeeding in this world requires you to use these creatures to battle.

[Well to be fair, Archer is from the more depressing side of the series.]

It is a water and ice type. I'm not sure what it knows for moves, but I'll find out soon enough.
