[And this would be Descole's strangely-angled video feed flickering to life in response. He tends to have the camera tilted to obscure most of his face, and this is no exception; he's got a bit of a smirk edging into the frame, however, just visible over that shock of white...fluff he's usually got around his neck.

His arms are propped against the table, hands folded beneath his chin; his posture is casual, though there's more than enough Dramatic Mood Lighting going on to make the whole thing look staged as hell anyway.

Ah, I can't help you in regards to the gentleman you're looking for - at least, I can't say that I've seen him at any rate, though I haven't been here long enough to say whether he's here or not. However, in regards to your creature - might I ask what it is you've been given?
